Tracy Jane Comer has been nominated four times for Best Acoustic Artist or Best Acoustic Album in the Madison Area Musicians Awards. A 2006 four-time winner in the Songwriters of Wisconsin International contest, Comer took two first place songwriting awards, one in the Folk category and one in the Adult Contemporary category. She has opened several tour shows for Willy Porter and has also appeared with national acts including Peter Mulvey, Ellis Paul, Holly Near, The Wailin' Jennys, and LJ Booth.
